General terms & conditions
Laiska Ebba is an online retail store that sells products to private individuals in Finland & Sweden. By confirming an order, you as a buyer enter an agreement and accept the Terms & Conditions of Laiska Ebba Oy, org. Nr FI 3214849-9.
Our products can only be purchased in our own webshop at www.laiskaebba.com. Each garment is carefully inspected and packed in order to make sure that it will reach you in the best possible condition. We ship to Finland and Sweden. If you wish to order outside these countries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to make it happen.
Before placing your order you can review it to see your total price including shipping charges, VAT and make changes if you need to. All purchases will be confirmed by email where the price of the items purchased and shipping costs will be applied. This confirmation is a receipt of your order.
Our payment options include payment service providers such as Klarna and Paytrail.

Payment service provider Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant (Laiska Ebba). Paytrail Oyj has a an operating license for payment institutions granted by FIN-FSA. In order to provide you with Klarna's payment methods, we may pass on your personal information in the form of contact and order information to Klarna in connection with the transaction purchase, so that Klarna can assess whether you are entitled to their payment methods and tailor these payment methods to you. Shipping and Shipping Charges
All of our products are shipped via posti.fi.
Parcel (delivered to your nearest post office or locker): 4.90€
Home parcel: 9.90€
Parcel (to nearest pickup point): 9.90€
Parcel to nearest pickup point or to your door: 12€
We also have the option to pick up your order at the Laiska Ebba factory, located in Tammisaari, Finland, without any delivery costs. If you want to stop by and see the magic while you pick up your items, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure someone from our crew is there to give you your order.
We reserve the right to change the delivery terms and conditions. Before placing an order the customer is responsible of reading the valid delivery terms.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders from Finland have a delivery time of 1-3 business days and most orders outside Finland will reach customers within 2-4 business days. Please note that this is an estimate.
Cancelling an order
If you want to cancel your order, please contact customer service at email@example.com as soon as possible. If your package hasn’t already been shipped we will cancel your order straight away. If your order is already shipped, please return within the 14 day return policy.
If the package is damaged or fractured, please immediately notify the carrier and contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you for some reason don’t pick up your order within 7 days, we will charge an extra fee covering the cost of return shipping and an additional handling fee of 10€.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of the delivery terms and conditions. It is your responsibility as a customer to read the valid terms before ordering.
