Refund policy
At Laiska Ebba, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
-Unused, unworn, and unwashed
-In the same condition as received
-With original tags attached
-In the original packaging
-Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that items sent back without first contacting us and requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they have been received by Laiska Ebba. We are unable to issue refunds for returns that are lost in transit.
For approved exchanges, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please contact us at info@laiskaebba.combefore sending your item back.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please email info@laiskaebba.com. We can provide a prepaid return label for exchanges, and if the requested item is in stock, we will reserve it for you until your return arrives.
As a slow fashion brand, our garments are produced in small batches. Therefore, we cannot guarantee availability of a specific size or color, but we will always do our best to help you find a suitable alternative.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
-The item is defective
-The item was damaged during shipping
-You received the wrong item
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and make the situation right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
-Sale items
-Gift cards and e-gift cards
-Personalized or custom-made items
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your order) without giving any reason.

The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused & with tags attached,
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
