We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to get back to us if you for any reason wish to return an item.

How to do it:
Before returning any products, please contact us at info@laiskaebba.com.

All items must be returned in new condition.

For returns without exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable parcel option.

If you wish to exchange an item, send us an email at info@laiskaebba.com to receive a prepaid return label. If the item you want to exchange to is in stock, we can reserve it for you until we receive your return.
We do not refund shipping on exchanges or returns.

Please be advised that it can take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Keep your receipt until the return has reached Laiska Ebba headquarters, as the responsibility for the return lies with the customer until arrival.

Unclaimed packages: If a parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed, a handling fee of 10€ will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and transport costs.

Gift cards: All purchased e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for credit or refunds.

Sale items: Due to the nature of these pieces, sale garments do not qualify for returns.

Please note that as a slow-fashion company, all our garments are manufactured in small batches. We therefore can’t guarantee availability of specific colors or sizes for exchanges. However, we always support your investment in your kid’s wardrobe and are happy to help you find the best possible alternative.
